rice & fried eggs

 when I was little and, well to this day on weekends we eat rice with fried egg (and sometimes French fries) it is a very simple meal but it reminds me of my children it reminds me of old times when I'm alone at home I make a individual portion. It is very simple you make rice, fry an egg (or two) and some french fries with the shape you want and yes, maybe it is not the healthiest food in the world but it is not something that I eat every day

Glass

 The technological object that I chose is glass and I firmly believe that the world would be very different without it, but why do I like it?

It is a resistant, transparent, insulating and inert material it is used in many disciplines to manufacture many things from the simplest such as glasses to laboratory equipment and even internet cables (fiber optic), without a doubt it is something we use every day , they imagine a life with metal or clay glasses, which rust or leave remains in your drinks, or not having optical fiber (well, this is not so bad), but in chemistry the discovery of glass was already essential. It is a material that does not contaminate mixtures and is very inert (it reacts to very few compounds).
